Submission Guidelines

  • Participants may register for the conference as Academician/Legal Professional, Research Scholar or Student.
  • Abstracts of not more than 350 words (excluding key words), on the above-mentioned themes are invited, submitted as Word (docx) documents, with a covering letter containing the name, e-mail id, and designation of the author(s).
  • All abstracts shall contain between 4-5 keywords.
  • All abstracts to be sent via e-mail to Internationallawseminar@prestigegwl.org with the subject line “Late Shri Justice M. A. Shah Memorial 1st International Conference 2025” on or before August 30th 2025.
  • There shall be a maximum of only two Authors for each Paper; and all participants are permitted to enjoin as co-author to a maximum of two paper only.
  • Potential contributors are required to adhere to a uniform mode of citation (American Psychological Association (APA) System of Citation).
  • Submissions accepted: Full Paper: 3000–5000 words (exclusive of References).
  • Authors may be expected to revise their abstracts and full paper submission based on reviews and comments received from the organizing team including Plagiarism check.
  • All papers must be plagiarism-free; however, similarity up to 10% including AI content.
  • Contributors who are unable to travel to Seminar venue would be accommodated through video-conferencing.
