Advocate Kanishka Pandey
Kanishka is a BBA. LLB (Hons.) 2024 graduate from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS) and has practice focusing mainly on Enforcement & regulatory side before the competition commission of India (CCI) & appellate practice before the Delhi High Court (DHC), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) & Supreme Court of India (SCI).
He has worked as a Law intern in the Competition Commission of India (CCI) both in combination and the anti-trust division. He assisted in drafting various orders, intensive legal research for the commission in order to promote advocacy across India.
With a practice spanning across multiple commercial forums & dealing with various expert bodies like CCI, RERA, IBBI & NCLT, Kanishka has assisted in matter pertaining to the first combination approval to be challenged before the Supreme Court of India & is also engaged in representing some of the biggest clients against the GAFA entities before CCI.
In addition to the above duties and responsibilities, he has assisted in briefing Sr. Adv. Vaibhav Gaggar to represent CCI across Pan-India forums. Currently, he is in the Competition team of Gaggar & Partners in New Delhi.
