By means of present petition, petitioner seeks to
quash the charge-sheet no.01 of 2024 dated 21.06.2024 and the
summoning/cognizance order dated 28.06.2024 as well as the
entire proceedings of S.T. No.10 of 2024 “State vs. Dinesh
Rawal alias Deewan Singh” under Section 376 of IPC and
Section 66-E, 67, 67-A of I.T. Act, pending in the court of Addl.
Sessions Judge, Pithoragarh.
2. In view of the fact that a Compounding Application
was filed by the parties before this Court, this Court, vide order
dated 08.04.2025, had directed the parties to appear before the
Secretary, DLSA, District Pithoragarh to get their statements
recorded and to verify the compromise deed.
3. Pursuant to such order, Secretary, DLSA, Haridwar
has submitted report dated 11.04.2025 which indicates that the
parties have settled the dispute amicably and have also verified

the contents of the compromise.
