About the University/College

Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), established in 2006 in Patna, Bihar, is a prominent institution dedicated to high-quality legal education and research. The Centre for Advanced Research on Corporate and Insolvency Laws (CARCIL) at CNLU is a Centre of Excellence focused on research, workshops, and academic events in corporate law, governance, and insolvency.

The 3rd CARCIL-CNLU National Conference on Corporate and Business Laws: Policy, Practice and Regulation is scheduled for August 9, 2025, in physical format. How to Submit?

  • Fill out the provisional registration form before the deadline (link provided in the document)
  • Submit the abstract (within the manuscript) and the full manuscript as per the guidelines

Submission Categories

Submission Guidelines

  • Abstract: Maximum 350 words, included within the manuscript
  • Full manuscript: 3000-5000 words (excluding footnotes and references)
  • Language: English only
  • Similarity index: Not above 10%
  • Co-authorship: Maximum two authors
  • Manuscript must be original and unpublished
  • Bluebook (21st Edition) citation style
  • No author/institution identification in the manuscript body
  • Formatting: Times New Roman, 12 pt (main text), 14 pt (headings), 10 pt (footnotes), 1.5 line spacing (main), 1.0 (footnotes), justified text, centred headings
  • Authors are responsible for accuracy and must not submit elsewhere during review

Processing Charges

  • Registration fee: ₹1500 per individual (includes lunch, conference kit, high tea)
  • Co-authors must also register and pay separately
  • Payment details: State Bank of India, CNLU account, with specific account and IFSC information provided in the document
