About the Competition –
The 3rd Samanvay International Mediation Competition, 2025 is an initiative by the ADR Cell at HPNLU Shimla aimed at promoting the art of mediation and collaborative dispute resolution among law students across the globe. The competition provides a platform for participants to refine their skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and client advocacy in a simulated mediation setting judged by top professionals and experts in the field.
Eligibility Criteria –
The competition is open to students currently enrolled in undergraduate or postgraduate law programmes from recognised institutions globally.
Team Composition –
Each participating team must consist of two members: one acting as a client and the other as counsel. A team coach is optional. Further details on format and evaluation are available in the official brochure.
