About the Conference

The Annual Conference on Oceans Law & Policy is a prestigious global forum that brings together leading experts, policymakers, academics, and practitioners. The 48th edition, themed “Developing World Approaches to Ocean Governance: Perspectives from the Indian Ocean Rim”, will focus on contemporary challenges and innovative solutions in ocean governance, particularly from the perspective of the developing world.
