The Court made the following:
ORDER:

The present Criminal Revision Case is preferred by the

petitioners/accused Nos.2, 5 to 7, 10 and 11 against the order, dated

04.04.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.130 of 2016 by the learned Special Judge

for trial of Cases under SCs & STs (PoA) Act-cum-VI Additional Sessions

Judge, Kurnool, wherein the petition filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C., by the

complainant to cancel the bail granted to the petitioners/accused Nos.2, 5 to

7, 10 and 11 in Crime No.8 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 147, 148,

323, 324 read with 149 IPC and Section 3(1) (x) of the SCs & STs (PoA) Act,

1989 was allowed by the trial Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for final hearing, learned counsel for

the petitioners/accused Nos.2, 5 to 7, 10 and 11 is present and seeks

permission of this Court to not press the present Criminal Revision Case.

3. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as not

pressed.

Interim order granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand

closed.
