Intellect Design Arena Limited has received an Order under Section 73 of the GST Act, 2017, wherein a demand amounting to ₹ 18.88 crores and a penalty of ₹ 1.89 crores has been imposed primarily relating to the reconciliation of unbilled revenue, said the Company in their regulatory filing.
Additional Commissioner, Chennai North Commissionerate, O/o. the Principal Commissioner of CGST & Central Excise, Chennai, Tamil Nadu has issued the demand order under Section 73 of the GST Act, 2017 on February 17, 2025.
The Company is likely to challenge the order before an appropriate authority.”Intimation of demand order under Section 73 of the GST Act, 2017 dated February 17, 2025,” said Intellect Design Arena in their regulatory filing.
