The Center for Law and Urban Development in collaboration with the Centre for Tax Laws successfully hosted the inaugural session of the 3rd edition of the National Seminar on “Affordable Housing: Building an Inclusive Society for the 21st Century.” The event aims to bring together students and academicians to discuss challenges and solutions in the housing sector.
The inaugural session featured distinguished guests, including Prof. (Dr.) G.S. Bajpai, Vice-Chancellor of NLU Delhi, Prof. P.S.N. Rao, Former Director of the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi, as the Chief Guest, and Shri Arvind Kumar Gupta, Vice President of the NCLAT Bar Association, and Shri Pankaj Jain, Partner at Ernst & Young, as Guests of Honor.
A key moment of the inaugural session was the launch of the Center’s monthly newsletter, ‘अधीतम्: THE URBAN ARCHIVES,’. Additionally, the book “Affordable Housing- Building an Inclusive Society for the 21st Century India” was unveiled, contributing valuable perspectives to the field.
