Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has received the summary of order dated February 25, 2025 imposing a penalty amounting to ₹ 2,59,32,290/- under IGST Act, 2017 from Additional Commissioner, Rangareddy, Telangana in relation to the assessment proceedings conducted for the financial year 2017-18, according to the exchange filing.
The company is likely to challenge the order before an appropriate authority.”Based on the Company’s assessment, appeals will be filed and the Company is hopeful of a favorable outcome at an appellate level and does not reasonably expect the said Orders to have any material financial impact on the Company,” the company said in its exchange filing.
The disclosure before the exchange was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
