The Centre for Innovation, Intellectual Property and Competition (CIIPC)-IPR Chair under the aegis of IQAC, NLU Delhi organised a session on the topic of “Enforcement of IP and the INTA Unreal Campaign”.
The resource persons for the lecture were Adv. Girish Bhatia and Adv. Sonu Kapoor from RNA, Technology and IP Attorneys. The lecture dealt with critical issues related to enforcement of IP and the risks faced by consumers. Further, the second half of the session highlighted the critical impact of counterfeit goods, emphasising their links to health, safety and economic harm to local communities.
