                                     ORDER

[1] Heard Mrs. Babita Th., learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant.

[2] Issue notice in both the main petition as well as miscellaneous

application.

[3] Mrs. L. Monomala, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice

on behalf of respondent No. 1 and Mr. Y. Nikhil, learned counsel assisting

Mr. Y. Nirmolchand, learned senior counsel, accepts notice on behalf of

respondent Nos. 2 & 3. Hence, service is complete on the respondents.

[4] Learned counsel for the respondents pray for three weeks’ time

for filing counter affidavits.

[5] Mrs. Babita Th., learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that

vide order dated 10-02-2025 issued by the Imphal Municipal Corporation,

the petitioner was granted licence for eight parking slots and by the

impugned order dated 13-02-2025, licence granted to the petitioner for eight

parking slots was cancelled with immediate effect alleging due to this court

order.

[6] It is submitted that the impugned cancellation order dated

13-02-2025 was never furnished to the petitioner and on 25-02-2025, the

petitioner got a copy of the same from the office. It is stated that petitioner

had invested a substantial amount for management of eight parking slots

allotted to them. It is prayed that interim order staying the cancellation order

dated 13-02-2025 be granted otherwise the petitioner would suffer

irreparable loss.

[7] Mrs. L. Monomala, learned Government Advocate for the State

respondents and Mr. Y. Nirmolchand, learned senior counsel for the Imphal

Municipal Corporation, pray for some time for taking instructions.

[8] This Court has considered and perused the material on record.

The petitioner was granted licence vide order dated 10-02-2025 and the

same was cancelled by the impugned order dated 13-02-2025.

[9] Considering the fact that the petitioner was not given any

opportunity of being heard, the impugned order dated 13-02-2025 be kept

suspended till the next date.

[10]          List these cases on 04-04-2025.

[11]          Copy of this order be furnished to the learned counsel appearing

for the parties.
