UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
The petitioner is an accused in a case punishable under
Sections 302/449/120B/109/457/380/34 of the Indian Penal Code and
is facing trial. His bail application has been rejected by the
High Court vide impugned order dated 24.12.2024.
After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, we see
absolutely no reason to interfere with the impugned order and to
grant bail to the petitioner, in exercise of our jurisdiction under
Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The Special Leave
Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, is/are disposed
of.
