Earlier vide order dated 10.01.2025 while hearing
the present bail application along with Cr. Misc. No. 74359 of
2024, anticipatory bail application of petitioner no. 1, namely,
Ashish Kumar @ Ashish Yadav has already been dismissed as
withdrawn as he was arrested.
2. In view of the above, the present bail application
survives only for petitioner nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and
learned APP for the State.
