In this contempt petition, the order under compliance has directed the
contemnor to reinstate the contempt petitioner. However, learned counsel
for the contemnors submits that an SLP has been filed before the Supreme
Court. On checking the official website of the Supreme Court, the SLP
number has not been given, but the diary Number has been reflected which
is 11744/2025 (Union Territory of JK & Ors. vs. Bashir Ahmad Bhat). The
site reflects that it is yet to be listed before the Bench and till date there is no
interim order staying the execution of the order under compliance.

Under the circumstances, the contemnors are directed to forthwith
comply with the order under compliance within a period of seven days from
the date of this order, failing which they shall appear through VC on the
next date of hearing. Failure to appear through VC on the next date of
hearing would subject them to be present before this court in person on the
date thereafter.

The reinstatement, of course, shall be subject to outcome of SLP.
