3. This is an appeal filed by the Appellant – Waqar Azhar under Section
21 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 challenging the impugned
order dated 29th January, 2025 passed by Ld. ASJ-02/Special Judge, New
Delhi, in I.A.No 6/2025 in S.C. No 8808/2016 arising out of FIR No. 54/2011
registered at P.S. Special Cell, New Delhi under Sections
201/468/471/474/489B/489C/120B of IPC, Section 12 of the Passport Act,
Sections 3/4/5 of Explosive Substances Act and Section 25 of Arms Act. Vide
the impugned order, the regular bail application of the Appellant has been
dismissed by the Special Court.

4. Ld. Counsel for the Appellant submits that the co-accused – Mohd

6. Let a reply be filed within two weeks. Rejoinder thereto be filed within
two weeks thereafter.
7. List on 24th March, 2025 along with the connected appeal being
CRL.A.95/2025 preferred by co-accused – Mohd. Saquib Ansari from the
same FIR i.e., FIR No. 54/2011.
