This writ petition is disposed of in following terms as agreed

and requested by the learned counsels for the respective parties:-

1. The petitioner is at liberty to file an application for allotment

of land in lieu of use of his land for air strip by the respondents,

indisputably, without acquisition, within a period of four weeks

from today.

2. The respondents shall allot an alternative piece of land of

same price to the petitioner to the extent of his share in the

subject land, as stated by the State in Para 1 of the preliminary

objection in its reply to the writ petition, within a period of sixteen

weeks from the date of receipt of the application.

Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
