Aarti Drugs Limited has received an Administrative warning letter related to the investigation into the trading activities of certain
entities in the script of Aarti Drugs Limited from Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on March 6, 2025, according to the Company’s exchange filing.
The administrative warning letter has found that the Company did not take adequate steps to obtain requisite details and identify all the immediate relatives of the Designated Persons of the Company; and the Code of Conduct on PIT was not made applicable to the certain immediate relatives of designated persons.
Aarti Drugs has ensured the market regulator that the Company will comply with the regulation and exercise due caution for avoiding recurrence of such events.”There is no penalty or restriction or sanction imposed,” Aarti Drugs Limited has confirmed in their regulatory filing.
