Status report on behalf of respondent No.1 has been

filed. Perusal of the same would show that FIR in question has

been registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 34 of IPC,

read with Sections 3(2)(VA) of SC & ST Act & Sections 180 and 181

of Motor Vehicles Act, on the statement of one Virender Kumar son

of Sukh Ram.

In such situation, the complainant is also a necessary

party in this case. As such, by exercising the powers under Section

528 of Cr.P.C., the said complainant-Virender Kumar, is ordered to

be arrayed as respondent No.2, in this case.

Let, notice be issued to the complainant-respondent

No.2, through SHO, Kandaghat, Police Station, Kandaghat, District

Solan, H.P., for 08.05.2025.

The petitioner, through his counsel is directed to file

the complete copy of the report under Section 192(2) of the Cr.PC.,

alongwith all the Annexures.
