01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and
learned counsel for the State.

2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with C.T. Case No.23 of 2025 pending
on the file of learned J.M.F.C.(IV), Bhubaneswar,
arising out of Badagad P.S. Case No.12 of 2025 for
commission of offences punishable under Section
376(1)/417/493/420/354/323/506 of IPC.

3. List this matter on 29.04.2025. Learned
counsel for the State is called upon to obtain the Case
Diary in the meanwhile.

4. As an interim measure, it is directed that the
Petitioner shall not be taken into custody in
connection with the aforesaid case, till the next date.

5. It is needless to say that the Petitioner shall
cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
