National Law University Delhi had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Sayantan Datta (Partner, Capital Markets Team, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas) for an insightful session on IPOs in India, with a special focus on SEBI ICDR regulations.
Mr. Datta was warmly welcomed by the Prof.(Dr.) Ruhi Paul, Registrar of NLU Delhi, who expressed gratitude for his presence and valuable insights.
He shared his invaluable expertise on IPOs, FPOs, Rights Issues, and the regulatory framework governing capital markets. With his extensive experience in handling some of the largest and most significant capital market transactions in India, he provided students with real-world perspectives that bridged the gap between theory and practice.
