506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code,

1860 (for short, the “IPC”).

(ii) FIR No. 760/2023:- Sections 452, 365, 386

read with 34 of the IPC.

(iii) FIR No. 244/2023:- Sections 420, 447, 506 of

the IPC.

(iv) FIR No. 245/2023:- Sections 420, 447, 471,

468 read with 34 of the IPC.

Taking into consideration the facts and

circumstances of the case, the impugned order (s)

stand set aside and the appellant is granted

anticipatory bail, subject to the terms and

conditions that may be imposed by the Trial Court.

The appeals are allowed accordingly.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand

disposed of.

SLP(Crl) Nos.12739-12742/2023 & SLP(Crl) Nos.12733-
12737/2023 :

We have been informed that the chargesheet

has already been filed in all the FIRs except in FIR

Nos.261/2023 and 262/2023.

In such view of the matter, we do not find

any ground to interfere with the impugned order(s)

passed by the High Court. However, liberty is granted

to the petitioner to challenge the chargesheet, in

which case, the impugned order(s) will not stand in

the way.

Insofar as FIR Nos.261/2023 and 262/2023 is

concerned, a direction is issued to the Investigating

Agency to complete the investigation and to file a

final report within a period of four weeks from

today. Upon such filing, the petitioner is at liberty

to challenge the same, if so aggrieved.

The Special Leave Petitions are,

accordingly, disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, shall also
stand disposed of.
