Suraksha Sanhita(BNSS), 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Bapa
Das, who has been detained behind the bars since 09.05.2023(for more than 1
year 09 months), in connection with Special (NDPS) Case No. 60/2023, under
Section 20(b)(ii)(C)/21(b)/29 of the NDPS Act, 1985, pending before the Court
of the learned Special Judge (NDPS), Karbi Anglong, Diphu.
