The Board of Directors of Tata Investment Corporation Limited has approved the appointment of M/s. CNK & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, as one of the Joint Statutory Auditors.
The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, considered and recommended the appointment of M/s. CNK & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants as one of the Joint Statutory Auditors for a consecutive period of three years, i.e., to conduct the audit of accounts of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, March 31, 2027 and March 31, 2028, respectively, for approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The term of M/s. Gokhale & Sathe will end upon the conclusion of the 88th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
