1. The affidavit of service as filed today on behalf of the writ
petitioner is taken on record.
2. The respondent no.6 has also filed his affidavit-in-opposition
today after serving a copy of the same to the learned Advocate for
the writ petitioner as well as to the learned Advocate appearing
on behalf of the respondent-KMC. Let such affidavit-in-opposition
be also taken on record.
3. At this juncture, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the
respondent-KMC submitted before this Court that till today she
has not received the copy of the amended writ petition as has
been served upon the functionaries of the KMC by the writ
petitioner under speed post.

4. Learned Advocate for the KMC, thus submits that two weeks time
may be granted to her so as to collect the copy of the amended
writ petition from the office of the KMC and to file affidavit-in-
opposition.
5. Prayer for accommodation is considered and allowed. Two weeks
time from today is granted to respondent-KMC and his
functionaries to file affidavit-in-opposition after serving a copy of
the same to the learned Advocate for the writ petitioner as well as
upon the learned Advocate for the respondent no.6; affidavit-in-
reply, if any, thereto be filed within one week thereafter.
6. Liberty is also given to the writ petitioner to file affidavit-in-reply
to the affidavit-in-opposition of respondent no.6. Similar liberty is
given to file affidavit-in-reply to the affidavit-in-opposition of the
KMC and his functionaries.
7. Let the matter be listed on April 4, 2025 under the same heading.
