of the respondent that the petition, which is sought
to be transferred through the medium of the instant petition under Section 125 of
the CrPC titled “Madhavi Anand and Another Vs. Savish Khullar” from the
Court of learned Special Mobile Magistrate, Rajouri has already been dismissed
by the said Court on 14.11.2023 and learned counsel further submits that the
other side, i.e., the petitioners herein have although taken steps for restoring the
same, but till date, the same has not been restored. This is the precise reason that
there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
Thus, in light of the aforesaid, since the main petition, which is
sought to be transferred has been dismissed, no fruitful purpose will be served to
keep this petition alive. The same is, accordingly, is dismissed.
Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
