01. Objections to the instant application have been filed, which are
supported by affidavit. Perused the same.

02. The learned counsel for the respondents has on the previous
date of hearing made a statement before the Court that he has got no
objection for impleadment of the applicants as party-respondents.

03. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants
seeking impleadment as also the learned counsel appearing for the non-

applicant/petitioner.

04. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is
convinced that it may meet the ends of justice in case the instant
application is allowed and the applicants are impleaded as party-
respondents in the writ petition as the same would help this Court in
elucidating the matter in controversy more effectively.

05. Accordingly, the instant application is allowed and the
applicants are arrayed as party respondents in the main petition. Registry
to update the index of the petition.

06. Application is accordingly disposed of.

WP(C) 96/2025: CM (216/2025):

Appearance as above.

07. Ms. Insha Rashid, learned counsel appears and accepts notice
on behalf of newly added respondents. The respondents are directed to file
the reply/objections positively by the next date of hearing.
