01. Pursuant to the directions given by this Court in terms

of last order dated 7th of March, 2025, Mr Bashir A. Sidiq,

Advocate has come in personal appearance.

02. This Court came to confront Mr Bashir A. Sidiq,

Advocate with the vakalatnama in reference filed by him along

with Advocate Mohammad Ashraf Bhat for representing Syed

Ghulam Rubbani Shah Naqashbandi in a civil suit titled ‘Sadaf

Niyaz Shah v. Syed Ghulam Rubbani Shah‘ before the Court of

Chief Judicial Magistrate (Sub Judge), Srinagar and also the

application and the statement under Order 10 Rule 2 CPC

presented in the case by reference to their engagement as a

counsel for Syed Ghulam Rubbani Shah Naqashbandi.

03. In this regard, statement of Advocate Mr Bashir A.

Sidiq has been taken down. Be made part of the file. His presence

is dispensed with.

04. Mr Bashir A. Sidiq, Advocate submits that his senior

Advocate Mohammad Ashraf Bhat is undergoing preventive

detention detained in District Jail, Kathua.

05. List this matter for further proceedings tomorrow, 12th

of March, 2025.
