Mr. M. Devananda, learned Addl. A.G. assisted by Mr. Tomclist
H., learned counsel, appearing for the respondents, submitted that
the direction given by this Court has been complied with by the
respondents by issuing an Office Memorandum dated 17.05.2024.
The learned Addl. A.G., further submitted that so far as the
direction No. 3 is concerned, the arrear bill due payable to the
petitioner will be paid in accordance with the seniority list or in
chronological order of the completion of work as clearly mentioned in
the said Office Memorandum.
