Heard Mrs. Ayangleima, learned counsel for the applicant in
MC(CONT. CAS(C)) No. 23 of 2025.

By the present application, the applicant/petitioner is praying for
impleadment of Mr. N. Ashok Kumar, IAS, Commissioner (Finance),
Government of Manipur, Secretariat Complex, Babupara, Imphal – 795001
as respondent No. 3 in the contempt petition.

The application is allowed and Mr. N. Ashok Kumar, IAS,
Commissioner (Finance), Government of Manipur, is impleaded as
respondent No. 3 in CONT. CAS(C) No. 17 of 2025.

Registry is directed to make necessary incorporation in the contempt
petition.

Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondent No. 3.
Steps to be taken within one week by dasti and file proof of affidavit
of service.

List these cases on 02-04-2025, the date already fixed.
