This is an appeal U/Section 94 (1) of The Karnataka
Education Act, 1983.
2. The summary of the appeal memo is that, the appellant
applied for the post of lecturer of Kannada language for the decree
classes and in response to the same the respondent No.1 & 2 have
shortlisted the appellant after the scrutiny and consideration of the
application for the employment and also having satisfied with the
interview conducted by the respondent No.1 and 2, have employed
the appellant as a Probationary lecturer for Kannada language vide
the appointment order of the respondent No.1 & 2 dt: 01-06-2017.

The respondent No.1 & 2 as a lecturer for kannada language by
fixing the probationary period for the appellant for 2 years from
01/06/2017 to 31/05/2019 with the terms and conditions laid down
therein and the appellant has endorsed the terms and conditions laid
down therein formally and accepted to render his services as a
lecturer of Kannada language for the degree students.
