Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted by

order dated February 6, 2024 passed in CRM (DB)

358 of 2024 as modified by the order dated

October 1, 2024 passed in IA CRAN 1 of 2024,

CRM (DB) 358 of 2024.

2. Post-bail misconduct is the ground alleged.

3. State and the private opposite parties are

represented.

4. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits

that out of proposed twenty one charge-sheeted

witnesses four stands examined at trail. Next dates

are fixed for the purpose of examining four other

prosecution witnesses. He submits that, the

allegation of threat to the prosecution witnesses

were investigated into and a police case, inter alia,

under Section 195A of the Indian Penal Code was

registered as against the accused. The private

opposite party is not an accused is such a police

case.

5. In such circumstances, since the allegation of

post-bail misconduct remains unsubstantiated we

are not minded to cancel the bail existing in favour

of the private opposite party.

6. C.R.M. (DB) 4161 of 2024 is, therefore, disposed

of.
