6. The present application has been filed under Section 167(2) of the
Code of Criminal Procedure, 19731 seeks grant of default bail in FIR No.
150/2024 dated 13th June, 2024 registered at P.S. Gulabi Bagh under Section

Act has not been filed.
7. Mr. Amit Ahlawat, APP for State, at the outset, submits that the
proposition being argued by the Applicant is wholly misconceived. He
submits that on this issue, the Prosecution would place reliance on Suleman
v. State (NCT of Delhi),3 Arif Khan v. State (NCT of Delhi),4
Leishangthem I Loyangamba v. State,5 Babu v. State (NCT of Delhi),6 and
Kishan Lal v. State.7
8. Issue notice. Mr. Amit Ahlawat, APP for the State, accepts notice.
9. Let status report be filed, with copy thereof provided to the opposite
party.
10. The Registry is directed to requisition the digitized copy of the Trial
Court Record for the perusal of this Court with proper indexation,
pagination and bookmarks.
11. Let the latest Nominal Roll be also requisitioned from the concerned
Jail Superintendent.
12. Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent, for
necessary information and compliance.
13. Re-notify on 8th May, 2025.
