                   JUDGMENT AND ORDER (ORAL)

1. Mrs. T.Yangi B, learned AAG assisted by Ms. Z.E.Nongkynrih,

learned GA today submits that the amounts stated to be outstanding to the

petitioner are not in dispute. As such, she only prays that the State

respondents be given adequate time to release the payments as the funds

are to be received from the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy

Department, Govt. of India. She thus prays that six months’ time be

allowed to complete the same.

2. Mr. P.T.Sangma, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection

to the prayer made by learned AAG, but only prays that the payment

should be made within a period of four months from the date of this order.

3. In consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel for

the parties, this matter stands disposed of, however, with a direction that

the State respondents will make an endeavor to release the payments

within a period of five months from the date of this order.

4. With the above direction, matter stands closed and disposed of.
