1. Being aggrieved by the judgment and decree passed by
the 9th Additional District Judge Kachchh at Bhuj, in
Regular Civil Appeal No.87 of 2021, dated
06.08.2022, wherein the said appeal has been
dismissed and the judgment and decree passed in
Special Civil Suit No. 69 of 2018 has been confirmed,
hence the present Second Appeal is filed.
