seeking transfer of the Criminal Case No.231/2023, titled as
“State Vs. Satyam & Ors.” arising out of FIR No.231/2023 dated
22.10.2023 under Sections 498A/325/406/506 IPC registered at PS
AJC Bose, B. Garden, Shalimar, District Howrah, West Bengal
pending before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah to
the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridabad.
