1. Mr. Mohsin Qadri, learned senior AAG has produced a copy of the
Government Order No. 231-JK(GAD) of 2025 dated 15.02.2025
issued by General Administration Department, Government of Jammu
and Kashmir whereby the petitioner has been dismissed from service
in terms of sub-clause (c) of the proviso to clause (2) of Article 311 of
the Constitution of India. The order dated 15.02.2025 is taken on
record.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents is directed to furnish copy of the
order dated 15.02.2025 to learned counsel for the petitioner during the
course of the day.
