The suits filed by the plaintiff in S.C.
No.1134/2022, S.C.No.1138/2022, S.C.
No.1164/2022, S.C. No.1185/2022, S.C.
No.1195/2022 and S.C. No.1202/2022 are hereby
partly decreed with costs.
The defendants in all cases are hereby directed to
quit, vacate and handover the vacant possession of
their respective Suit Schedule Properties to the
plaintiff within three months from the date of this
Order.
The application filed by the defendants U/Section
151 of CPC dated 06.03.2025 is also dismissed.
