1. The present appeal is directed against judgement dated 30th August,
2016, passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate (NI Act) South-East District,
Saket Courts Complex in CC No. 2012/2016, whereby the complaint filed
by the Appellant under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act,
18811 has been dismissed, and the Respondent has been acquitted for the
offence under Section 138 NI Act. Leave to appeal was granted by this
Court by order dated 15th September, 2017, and the matter was renumbered
as the present appeal.
