UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

IA No. 79673/2025
1. The petitioner has been convicted for the offence under
Sections 409, 420, 468, 471,477A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and
Sections 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(c) and (d) of the Prevention
of Corruption Act, 1988 and sentence awarded is rigorous
imprisonment of 5 years and fine of Rs.1 lakh.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court
does not find any reason to allow the application seeking exemption
from surrendering and the same is rejected.
