1. By filing instant petition, the applicant has
prayed for quashment of the impugned FIR being
C.R. No.11207061231087/2023 registered with
Shehara Police Station, Panchmahal for the offence
punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the
Indian Penal Code and under Section 12 of the
POCSO Act on the ground of settlement arrived at
between the parties.
