The Police Inspector of J.C. Nagara Police Station
submitted charge sheet against accused No.1 to 6 for
the offences punishable under Section 420, 468, 471
of Indian Penal Code.
2. Prosecution Case: Accused No.1 to 6 with
common intention to cheat/deceit CW1 namely Smt.
Elizabeth Rani, accused No.3 Smt. Kasturi created a
fake GPA dated 05-10-1990 in respect of Plot No.21,
New No.53, Pottery Town Layout, within the limits of
J. C. Nagar Police Station, as if the authority to sell
was given by CW1 in favour of accused No.3, on the
basis of which accused No.3 created sale deed in
favour of accused No.2 on 01-06-2017, and then on
25-10-2017 the accused No.2 sold the property to
accused No.4 and the accused No.1, 4 and 5 are
witnesses to the said sale deed dated 01-06-2017 and
25-10-2017. Thereby, accused No.1 to 6 have created
KABC030802972018 CC No.29527/2018
fake documents and disposed of the aforesaid
property which belongs to CW1 and cheated her.
