and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 titled “Smt. Gaddam Divya Ratnamani vs.

Dasari Sudhir Praveen” from the court of the Additional Junior Civil Judge at

Badvel, Kadapa YSR district, Andhra Pradesh to the court of the Additional Junior

Civil Judge-cum-Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal at Athivelli,

Hyderabad, Telangana.

3. The transfer petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
