Sashikanta Mishra,J. All these Writ Petitions involve common
facts and law and being heard together, are being
disposed of by this common judgment.
2. Be it noted at the outset that these Writ Petitions
can be categorized into two groups. The first group,
comprising of one Writ Petition being W.P.(C)
No.15465/2020 has been filed by persons belonging to
unreserved category who were selected as Sikshya
Sahayaks pursuant to advertisement dtd.09.12.2011
against posts in the +2 C.T. category in Betonoti
Education District, but have not been able to join
because of interim orders passed in other batch of Writ
Petitions.
