1. The petitioner seeks leave to challenge the judgment
and order dated 11-12-2024 in CRMBA No. 32914/2024 titled
“Shubham Vimal Vs. State of U.P.” passed by the High Court
of Judicature at Allahabad whereby the bail application of
the petitioner was rejected.

2. The petitioner is in jail since 25.06.2024 in
connection with Case Crime No. 61 of 2024 for the offence
punishable under Sections 304 and 279 IPC, Police Station
Kohna, District Kanpur Nagar.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, and
perused the material placed on record, we are of the
considered view that the petitioner has made out case for
interference with the impugned order dated 11-12-2024 .
