These applications under Section 430 of the Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 are the second applications filed
seeking suspension of sentence of the applicant/accused in
S.C.No.589/2016 and S.C.No.819/2016 on the file of the Fast
Track Special Court, Kunnamkulam. He has been found guilty of
the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 376(2)(n) IPC
and Section 3(a) read with Section 4 and 5(l) read with Section 6
of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. He
has been sentenced to varying terms of imprisonment for the
aforesaid offences. The sentences have been directed to run
concurrently. The maximum period of imprisonment he will have
