Petitioner is stated to have preferred an application for rejection of
plaint in terms of Order VII Rule 11 CPC in a civil suit titled Assadullah Alaie
vs. Gulzar Ahmad Hagroo & Anr. (File No. OS-4779/2022) in the court of
learned 2nd Additional Munsiff, Srinagar [“the trial court”] more than one year
ago.

Grievance of the petitioner is that learned trial court has not decided
the said application till date.

Mr. Wajid Haseeb, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he
will be satisfied if learned trial court is directed to decide the said application
within a time-frame.

In view of the above, the present petition is admitted to hearing and is
disposed of at its threshold with a direction to the learned trial court to decide
the aforesaid application preferred by the petitioner within a period of two
weeks from the date copy of this order is made available.

Disposed of.
