1. Petitioners lay challenge to the judgment and order dated
30-08-2024/4.10.2024(correction order) in WP No. 5611/2020 titled
“Maula Husan Tamboli Vs. The State of Mahrashtra & Ors.” and other
connected petitions passed by the High Court of Judicature at
Bombay at Aurangabad.
2 Delay condoned.
3. Learned counsel for the Caveator invites our attention to the
order of dismissal of the Special Leave Petitions [SLP (C) No. 8395
of 2021 and connected matters] on 23.03.2022.
4. We find that in similar cases Dy. No. 11272/2025, etc., this
Court on 01.04.2025 has passed the following order :
“1. Petitioners challenge the judgment and order dated
30.08.2024/04.10.2024 (Correction Order) in WP
No.1913/2024 along with other connected petitions passed
by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay at Aurangabad,
titled “Navnath Bhaskar Dive and Another vs. The State
of Maharashtra and Others”.
