About the Opportunity
Vaish Associates Advocates have opened up applications for the position of an associate to work with their general corporate team at their office in New Delhi.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting legal opinions on matters relating to the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI and labour laws, etc.
- Ability to conduct legal due diligence and preparation of red flag reports.
- Drafting and reviewing agreements like share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders agreements, business transfer agreements, asset purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, employment contracts, independent consultant contracts, distributorship agreements, NDA, etc.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduate
- Additional desirable qualification: qualified Company Secretary
- Candidate should have relevant PQE of 1 to 2 years of experience
