1. This petition in the nature of Habeas Corpus was filed for

production of detenue (name withheld) filed by the father.

2. The parents of detenue are present in Court as identified by

SHO concerned and counsel.

2. The detenue has been produced from Rajkiya Balika Grah,

Bharatpur. Her statement was recorded under Section 183 of

Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 wherein she has shown

her willingness to go along-with her parents. In the interaction

before this Court the detenue is also willing to go alongwith her

parents.

3. In view of the statement of detenue who is a minor, it is

ordered that her custody be handed over to her parents in the

Court premises itself.

4. The petition is disposed of accordingly.

5. A copy of this order be sent to the Rajkiya Balika Grah,

Bharatpur.
